No this is not some lame way for me in skating by and taking it easy in creating new post just for my blog here................ or is it.........  OK, maybe a little but really, for at least a couple of weeks now I have been wanting to figure out how to save all the wonderful emails I do get from them on a daily basis and only wish I had been doing it sooner but glad I am doing it now.

So I will probably be posting these past paragraphs for a little bit until I feel it is necessary not to do so and a link to StudioVox's site as you see below.

The key to wildlife photography — whether you’re trying to capture a herd of elephants on the Serengeti Plains or squirrels in your own backyard—is patience. Wild animals are going to do what they’re going to do.
Unfortunately, you can’t ask them to look this way, do something cute, or stand where the light is better. You have to be there, and ready, when they decide to look cute or do something interesting. Be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait—it takes a long time to get good wildlife shots, even longer to make great ones.
The photographers we’re celebrating to day understand the magic of capturing great wildlife shots; a strong eye, mixed with a little bit of luck and and a lot of patience. These amazing photographers have captured incredible wildlife moments sharing the natural wonders of world through their eyes.

Photographer - Phalaborwa, South Africa
Being raised in South Africa, I have been fortunate to visit national parks since early childhood. This exposure created a deep love for nature and wildlife, which I have been hoping to reflect in my images these past 4 years of being an amateur photographer. Nature’s wonders never seize to amaze me, and on a daily basis I am still surprised by everything, whether it is small or large.

My parents granted me, my twin sister Marisa (appointed at South African National Parks and works in Skukuza, Kruger National Park), and brother Derick the chance to get to get to know and appreciate nature through regular visits to national parks.
8 years ago I relocated to Phalaborwa in Limpopo province, RSA, moving from the city of Pretoria.  It is a small town adjacent to the Kruger National Park.  Only here I started photography as a hobby after a couple of years. (My day-time job is running a skin care business.) I thoroughly enjoyed capturing images - portraying different perspectives on subjects than what is perceived as the norm.
It has now evolved into a passion, however being a successful photographer will never overshadow my enjoyment and respect of nature.  My ultimate goal is to share my images with as many like-minded people as I can, and that they can experience the beauty of nature through my eyes.

Photographer/ Field Guide / Game Ranger - Sabi Sands, Africa
Working in the African Bush Veld as a guide gives me the opportunity to live a exceptional life.  A life that I am very grateful and privileged to live. Being out in Africa and sharing life with nature and with others is just awesome and something I love.

Nothing gives me greater joy, than having my camera with me, to capture a memory and the beauty of our wildlife and nature.  You can see more of his work here and on StudioVox

Photographer - Tzaneen, South Africa
I am passionate about nature, and particularly wildlife.  I was lucky enough to have a father that passed his love for wildlife and especially birds on to me from a very young age.  I am very fortunate to live very close to one of the best wildlife parks in the world, namely the Kruger National Park, home to the most spectacular wildlife.
Located in northeastern South Africa, Kruger is one of Africa’s largest game reserves. Its high density of wild animals includes the Big 5: lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants and buffaloes. Hundreds of other mammals make their home here, including diverse bird species such as vultures, eagles and storks.

I can spend hours watching a breeding pair building their nest until the young ones leave the nest, and sometimes be fortunate enough to capture it with my camera.  My work also allows me to meet other wildlife lovers and discover their amazing work, all in an effort to preserve wildlife for generations to come.
It's my mission to practice wildlife photography in its purist form. In my own unique way to strive to do justice to the beauty and splendor of our wildlife the way our Creator has created it.
It is my dream to be blessed with good health and be able to share the beauty of this planet's wildlife for many years to come.  You can see more of his work on his website and on StudioVox.

Photographer - England, UK
I’m a busy commercial photographer living and working in England, UK. When not out with my camera or on a photography shoot, I can usually be found in the classroom of my local college, teaching DSLR photography.
I love everything to do with film and photography and never miss an opportunity to shoot the unique and unexpected. I recently created a beautiful series called "Birds of Prey".

My son had the opportunity to learn about falconry and to meet and work with a range of birds of prey. He was able to take along a guest to watch, so I jumped at the chance. Wildlife has always been a passion of mine, so Falconry Day at the Hawkridge Bird of Prey Centre seemed like the perfect opportunity to not only spend some time with my son, but also photograph a captive audience of beautiful birds.

Photographer - Africa
Having moved to Namibia from Bretagne, France, when I was 15, I quickly fell in love with Africa. Feeling home in the wild, I rapidly embraced an adventurous journey in lodges where guiding and management became my career.

From equatorial forests to the immensity of the Serengeti, capturing the alluring beauty of Nature grew into my life's passion. With my camera and my love for Africa, I seek to share the fragile moments of magic that makes this continent so extraordinary.
