What Exciting New Stuff Did I Do Today As A Professional Artist!!!!!!!!

I pinned and saved and saved and pinned.

Yes, that is what it comes down to at times in this glamorous world of being a professional artist.  I get to create all these amazing things all day long and see all sorts of new colors and shapes in everything I did!

NOT!

 Most people don't realize that while yes I have created some of the most amazing shapes and colors, forms and ideas I never could have thought possible, there is the other side to being a PROFESSIONAL ARTIST and that is the business side of this.

THERE IS THAT AWEFUL WORD AGAIN PUT IN THE SAME SENTENCE AS THE WORD ARTIST let alone the same paragraph, let alone sometimes even rubbing elbows with each other like they are best friends.  OMG!  Business       Art         business        art        art    business  art  business
art business.

OK.  It's my reality as well as many others but I'll bet some of you reading this never even gave it a second thought let alone a first one.  I do.  I have to.  I have had to.  No other way around it now since I can't afford to hire someone and I can't work a day job because of my Brain Injury Disability.

So back to the task at hand.  Pinned and saved and saved and pinned!

I love my job!  (insert sarcastic emoticon here)

Splice A Monkey, don't you see?!
