No this is not some lame way for me in skating by and taking it easy in creating new post just for my blog here................ or is it.........  OK, maybe a little but really, for at least a couple of weeks now I have been wanting to figure out how to save all the wonderful emails I do get from them on a daily basis and only wish I had been doing it sooner but glad I am doing it now.

So I will probably be posting these past paragraphs for a little bit until I feel it is necessary not to do so and a link to StudioVox's site as you see below.

Each week, StudioVox selects an artist, photographer, or designer from our community whose work inspires us creatively. Whether for its beauty, humor, detail, or the story behind the work StudioVoxfeatures artists we love that we think you'll enjoy too.
This week, we're featuring the incredible work of fine artist Damian Osborne. Born in Cape Town, South Africa, Osborne had the unique experience of growing up near the old Constantia Wine Estates, which have their original roots in the 1680's. Damian has loved drawing and painting from an early age, particularly birds and animals and spent a lot of time outdoors as a child and the unique landscape, buildings and other environs of his hometown eventually served as a major influence on his fine art work.
Feeling a deep connection with the place he grew up in, Damian enjoys painting the unique landscapes which are steeped in rich heritage, flora and world-famous wines. He is also greatly inspired by a plethora of different artists from different periods and considers his own style as a kind of combination of Old Dutch landscape painting, with a bit of impressionistic dabbling. His work is beautiful, full of soft shadows and clever color that lend stunning movement and mood to the images.
In addition to painting, Damian also creates a great degree of charcoal, pen and pencil drawings, with Nudes, still-life, birds and animals and imaginative paintings being among some of his favorite themes. Damian has held many solo exhibits of his art throughout Cape Town and sells his works privately and through select outlets.
