Lovely Almost Firebird Creatures - Phoenix Is Rising Series In Black & Gold - 1853.1854.030114

I love these colors together and they make such a wonderful 'bird rising from the ashes' theme/idea, which is a metaphor for my life at this moment.  Do I focus on rising from the ashes and choosing to believe that help is on it's way or do I lay down my head in the smoldering ashes and die.

 You see me post my beautiful works of art and some other silly and out there things pertaining to my life but what you don't see right now is me sitting here at my desk, trying not to break down and letting my Major Depression disorder kick in.  I want to say more but am hesitant to do so because I don't want my life to be like that and I do want it to be me rising out of the ashes and flying high as can be because that is what I deserve.  That is what we all deserve.

Splice A Monkey, don't you see?!
